Rosemary is a perennial evergreen shrub with blue flowers. It is an aromatic and distinctive herb with a sweet, resinous flavor.

As a culinary herb, Purple Sage is one of the most flavorful sages and can be interchanged with regular garden sage. Tarragon is a delicate herb highly prized for its aromatic and culinary properties. A native of Europe, it is used as a compliment to many classic dishes as it can be used raw or cooked. Flavor is said to improve as the plant matures-- imparting a mild licorice like flavor.

Ancho poblanos have a medium-sized dark-green fruit with mild heat. In Mexico, this type of pepper is dried in the ripe, red stage. Fresh and green, it is used for soups, enchiladas, and chili rellenos. Ancho peppers are considered the second most important Mexican hot pepper, after jalapenos.
